1/11/16 - I had a shutter rip off in the wind and called to have it replaced . They arrived in a few hours and had it remounted in minutes. Chuck and his team at Besroi literally bent over backwards to help with our almost flat porch roof leak. Can't say enough good things. During the estimate visit he got up on the ladder and immediately could tell that the roof on the porch was done incorrectly when our house was flipped. The shingles weren't layered/tapered correctly and were bowing upwards at the end of the roof which retained rain rather than allowing it to properly drain into the gutter. We also had an area where the porch roof and garage roof inter-mesh that wasn't done properly and an incorrect style vent on the kitchen range vent. Everything was fixed in a prompt and professional manner and the price seemed reasonable as well.
