I wish that I could give the City of Rochester negative stars for their corrupt use of parking violation fees as a revenue stream... Examiner refused to acknowledge that the signage was confusing, conflicting and contradictory, and therefore unenforceable (see pic). Blatantly obvious ploy to rack up fees... CROOKS!
Sercurity lady rocks. The exams for had a no no show no call so made waiting take too long. Parking sucks!. Examtor I talked to was excellent bc he listened to my case which he agreed.
The setup is easy to follow inside, but the placement of the office is so dumb. It is hard to find being located at the bottom of a parking garage on South Ave.
How does the examiner sleep at night? Basically this city sticks tickets under your window for any old reason whether your parked in the right or not and "the examiner" says guilty and takes your money.
