Do not, under any circumstances, park here for a concert. You will spend hours trying to get out. Could be solved with a flat fee at when entering for events rather than having to wait for every car to pay on exit. Just awful.
Very convenient location. When there are things going on downtown it often fills up quickly. Biggest downside here is that the stairwells and elevator areas consistently smell like either urine or febreze poured over the urine.
Works great for downtown parking, in nice weather it's a scenic walk across the bridge to Dinosaur BBQ and the Blue Cross Arena.
Costs $10/day, can't get a monthly pass since its been "filled". Been on the waitlist since July '17, and still haven't gotten in. The machines keep breaking, causing issues when you're trying to get out of the garage (taking 30+ minutes to get out causes a lot of problems). People working are generally pretty cool though.
