To Buckingham's credit, everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful.
However, until Buckingham Properties can figure out all of their issues, I can't recommend this a good place for monthly parking. It has been a never ending litany of problems that don't seem to be getting any better. The parking pass readers will stop working, there have been issues with transferring my account from when the city still owned the garage, and numerous random billing errors.
The garage itself isn't half bad. Being underground means my car is cool in the summer and warm in the winter after I leave work.
