I am from out of state and wanted to send my home-sick sister some flowers. The florist was very friendly and personable. The flowers arrived to my sister only hours after placing the order, and they looked beautiful and made her day!
Stopped by at lunchtime to order a bouquet for our anniversary, picked it up on the way home from work. The lady working there was very helpful and friendly and the flowers were beautiful. Would come again.
I called this florist directly because they were in a location close to where I wanted to send flowers. I read the reviews and went ahead and ordered, I dealt directly with Cheri, the owner on the phone. She was very nice and accommodating. The Christmas arrangement that was sent to my relatives for Christmas was absolutely beautiful. They were so thrilled with the arrangement that my aunt called Cheri and thanked her for doing such a lovely job. I will use them again any time I am sending flowers in Rochester. I highly recommend them.
I had my favorite florist in PA do a teleflora bouquet for Mother's Day. They went with Young's. I spent over $60.00 when all was said and done. The bouquet arrived in a timely manner and the flowers were what I had asked for; daisies and yellow roses. The flowers were in good shape. However, my mother said she was very disappointed with the bouquet. She described it as in a straight cylindrical vase. It had a ribbon wrapped around it as I had requested. The ribbon only had a knot - not even a bow. It was barely long enough to tie and put a knot into it. The roses were hidden in the middle. She said the bouquet was pretty, but not near the amount of money I spent on it. She described it as looking as if maybe a high school student had taken the bouquet and stuffed into the vase. There didn't appear to be care and planning put into this bouquet. I am VERY disappointed and will be sure to NEVER go through Young's florist.
I ordered a red, white and blue bouquet for a July 4th bday. I wasn't at the store in person to do the order. Unfortunately I can't copy the picture to this page so you can see what arrived. The rose was beautiful. The rest was a huge disappointment and nothing like the Teleflora picture. Since the store was closed for the holiday over the entire weekend, I have no recourse. All complaints have to be received within 24 hours.
