I've purchased flowers for many occasions from various floral shops throughout the Rochester area. The Penfield Flower Shop was by-far the most customer-friendly flower shop I've worked with to-date. The owner is the sweetest woman and will offer suggestions based on the ideas you present to her. The delivery team works very well with scheduling and the flowers themselves are exceptional in quality (they lasted longer than any other arrangements I've purchased). The Penfield Flower Shop is now my go-to florist.

I chose Penfield Flower Shop for my wedding. I thought I was getting a good deal with the discoun, and with the huge expensive of planning a wedding, a discount on anything was worthwhile. I had clearly come to the realization, you get what you pay for. My flowers were very simple as far as what I wanted. KHowever, I was told I would have large tall vases for the big arrangements as the centerpieces. When I walked into the room the so called tall vases very skinny little 12 inch vases and the flower arrangements were so small, even my bridal bouquet was tiny! For the amount of money we paid, we were very very disappointed. Luckily everything else went perfectly that day, but the horrible flowers we had ruined my perfect vision of what I expected and was told would happen. I unfortunately will not be doing business with them any longer.
