I called from Colorado to have flowers delivered on the anniversary of a loved one's death. Excellent customer service and the Zen arrangement turned out beautifully. I wanted something that was not too busy but represented peace. It did just that apparently when I received a confirmation from the loved one's daughter. Very unique! I would highly recommend them in the future!
I have been buying flowers from them for years, I've always called them and when I pull up 10 to 15 min later they are ready for me always. I just had a dozen sent to my girlfriend today. Great service and it's always good talking to my lady's over there. SUNNY
I have ordered flowers from Red Rose florist on a couple occasions, The roses looked great and the service was pleasant. My only complaints are the roses never come with plant food as requested. This is disappointing considering the price of roses. Additionally, there was a $20 price difference for the same flowers when ordering.
Very polite service. Do everything they can to keep their customers happy. When ever I have an extra add on or request they make it a point to try their best to make it happen. Love this place.
I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt to be delivered to the hospital and what she got was not even close to the flower arrangement I picked out. I paid $53 including delivery and I could of gone to Wegmans and bought an incredible bouquet for half the price and looked just as good. I called to say something and because the arrangement had some of the flowers that were in the order it's all good to them. Very disappointing from start to finish. You are better off ordering on line through pro flowers, they stand behind the product. Will never buy from them again.
