When you drive up to the place you don't even know it's the right place! But I asked for a 20 dollar arrangement for my anniversary when the lady came out she gave us beautiful smelling and looking flowers and she even gave us a vase! Great place.
Worst florist ever!! Would give 0 stars if possible! I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday to a little girl for an event that was happening on the weekend. The flowers were never delivered and when called on Monday they stated they tried to deliver and no one was home!! We asked if they called or left a note and they stated they did but that was incorrect!! The number left was a fathers cell phone number and they never tried to call! They said they would deliver on Monday with an apology letter. This was never done!! On Tuesday night I was talking to the father to find out they still had not been delivered. Our local florist sent a request to cancel the order and tried to call this florist. They would not answer the phone and just let it go to an answering machine all day!! They finally delivered the arrangement with CANDY on Wednesday afternoon and sent a cancel denial to my local florist!! They felt that the candy was making up for the four day late delivery!! They could do the best work but to deliver it four days late is totally unacceptable. My local florist will never wire out another order to this florist ever again!! Very poor business> Beware and don't ever trust them with your business!!
Do not waste your money. Disloyal florist! I am from out of town. This florist came up in my google search. I ordered get well flowers ($54.00 worth) to be delivered to Strong. I ordered at 10am......recieved a phone call from florist stating patient had been discharged. I wanted to know why she waited all day before delivering..... refused to refund my money, refused! Then told me it was a United States Policy that they keep a percentage of the charge. No one informed me of this policy of the United States?! Really a United States Policy???! She also said the patient could pick up when they came for an appt... . Oh sure we are 2 hours away, be right there....um no! WORST PLACE EVER!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!
Flowers were as expected but they were delivered two days earlier than I had requested while using the on-line ordering system. The owner offered to send an apology bouquet and apology note to the recipient on the following day. In my opinion, florists should be aware that timing is very important (especially in their business). Other florists have also made this mistake when ordering on-line. At least this shop was willing to make amends. I do suggest ordering floral deliveries over the phone if you are not ordering delivery for the same day.
This business operates out of the owner's house. You drive up and you're not sure you're in the right place, or what door to go up to, even though the sign is on the side of the house. They have a really nice website, but this business is probably best for delivery-type orders, rather than walk-in service. When I came (during business hours), the owner was out delivering flowers so I had to go elsewhere for my floral needs.
