They need to shut down. I found a good deal online for my trip to Chicago. Booked a car with them and when I went to pick it up they will not honor their deal. They said I can not take the vehicle out of country and the unlimited mileage as stated on my e-receipt is not correct. It was a horrible experience. In the short time I had to find another location and make a new booking. However they won't cancel the existing deal and ended up paying the company without using the vehicle. Staff is very rude at the airport (Mississauga) location he is not willing to listen. I escalated the deal to the Costa Rica location and they take no responsibility of it either.
