I have to say, I never bought a car before due to my credit being poor from my student loan. Also, most car dealerships see money and try to hassle them into getting more than needed for a car, so I was very nervous on even going to get a car.

But my sales person, Sean Pahn, was super cool and very understanding to want to rebuild my credit score. They had this wonderful red 2007 Toyota Yaris that had everything I was looking for and the price was really good, considering my credit. I was very please with Sean finding the car I was looking for. He is a very kind dude and a understanding sales person who worked with my credit to help me get the car that suits me. I would highly recommend Sean for anyone looking for a car!
We went to Upstate Auto Sales... They were nice at first but then when they showed us the vehicles that we would be approved to pay payments on.. The one was a 2005 Chevy Equinox ... So we test drove it and it was okay and as we looked the vehicle over ... We noticed that the back seat was TORN BADLY... when we asked if they were going to fix it they said NO and (Supposively) that they had already factored the tear into the price???!! But then when we wanted to test drive another vehicle all of a sudden... They said that we weren't approved for ANY VEHICLES ANYMORE!!!????? We asked WHY?! and the guy said that all of a sudden our credit scores weren't enough to be approved!??? Yet they are a small dealership that helps people with all kinds of levels of credit. Needless to say, WE LEFT QUICKLY AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE FALSE ADVERTISING FOR HELPING PEOPLE ON ALL LEVELS AND THEN IF THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YA... THEY JUST COME UP WITH EXCUSES!! We suggest that NO ONE WASTES THEIR TIME THERE!!!!
I was not expecting to own my car the same day I came in. But Kyle and Matt work their magic and got me in the car the within hours, thank you so much guys and the next time I buy a car it'll definitely be with you. Thanks Upstate Auto on West Ridge. Gratefully the Sides family.
I just drove off in a car that surpassed any expectation that i had when i walked in there. Otis completely changed my opinion on the usually painful, high pressure car buying experience. I recommend upstate auto to anyone who is avoiding buying a car due to credit issues. I was one of those people. I know have a great quality car and a payment that fits my budget. I would love to tell the world I was so happy with our salesperson Otis I hugged him.....Twice!
