The service department is pretty spot on - turning around a routine service in about 45 minutes. I've yet to need them for much else, but I've chatted with a few of the Techs who seem very knowledgeable.
Ryan W. and the sales team have been awesome both times I've chosen Dorschel. Both times they've gone above and beyond to find you the extra dollar to provide you the most cost-effective lease / buy options. The amount of time they invest in the process can be lengthy, but when they're searching for money to save you, it's worth it. The process is very transparent, and the Sales Managers and Appraisers take the time to introduce themselves to you, and walk you through their role in the process and their assessments. Both times I've enjoyed the no-pressure atmosphere, though the new renovations make it feel like you're buying a car from a warehouse. It's much less comfortable. I find the service waiting room is more comfortable...
The car buying experience at Dorschel was great. There was a specific used car on the lot that interested me and I made an appointment to see it. The salesman met me, asked a few questions and then took me to the car for a test drive. He respected my time and didn't try to strong arm me into buying things I didn't want. Overall it was fast and straightforward, which is exactly what I want when buying a car!

In this electronics age where everyone has access to all kinds of information about pricing, interest rates, and trade-in values, it is refreshing to find a dealer that will treat you like you actually know something about cars. It was so nice to visit the Dorschel group and be treated like you would expect to be treated when buying a car. I stopped at a local dealer first, and after spending 3 hours playing "hide the keys to your trade-in" and being forced to listen to bad deal after bad deal, I was finally able to escape with my keys and my sanity. I remember playing those games 30 years ago, and thought that most dealers would have matured by then. Driving the extra distance to Dorschel is well worth the trip. They treat you with respect, give you a fair price, and I really think they generally try to help you. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from Dorschel, and I am very pleased with the way I was treated and our salesman Mark couldn't have been more helpful. If you want to buy a car, and don't want to play games, come to Dorschel. These people know how sell cars.
I just purchased my second vehicle from Dorschel although this was my first new car purchase. The Salesperson, Mike P. was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He found the vehicle I wanted and no pressure or haggling. He handled everything same day so it would be ready for me to pick up after work and even stayed late showing me all the bells and whistles. I've been impressed by the service I received over the past 4+ years from the Service team which is what brings me back to Dorschel. Keep up the great work!
