We were just about to pull the trigger on the deal, when we discovered that the truck did not meet CA emissions requirements (the sticker under the hood even said " California: Not for sale in states that have California emissions standards.") As you could imagine, we were so bummed. Even though we did not end up buying from North Coast this time, we would absolutely not hesitate to purchase from them should we find a vehicle we love, and that we can operate and register in CA. We have been treated with absolute respect, kindness, and patience and would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from North Coast Auto Brokers.

My husband and I were in the market for a truck and we found one we loved online being sold by North Coast Auto Brokers. The catch: we are in CA and the truck (and North Coast) are in NY. I got in contact with Jared and he was absolutely wonderful in negotiating a more than fair price for the truck and even splitting the cost of shipping it to us in CA. All of our communications were via phone call and email, and Jared was always very quick to answer the phone and respond to emails.
The entire time Jared and his brother were very helpful and worked with me so that I could get the best possible Jeep Wrangler for my money. They never pressured me, and were very easy to speak with and get a hold of. Even better I was able to do everything I needed over the phone, drove out to Rochester and was able to drive my new jeep home all in a days time!
Was looking for a new vehicle and compared North Coast's pricing online to other dealers. After seeing how much better it was I assumed something had to be wrong. It wasn't. These guys are great. Jared and James took such good care of me. The price was fantastic, service was excellent and they were so low pressure. I think I drove about 5 other cars while I was there and they were so cool about it. I did have a minor issue that wasn't covered under lemon law warranty but they said no problem they would take care of it for me. 5 star all the way, thanks guys!!
I was on the market for a jeep wrangler, I had been searching online for Jeeps for a couple of moths and I saw north coast auto brokers show up in my searches, the first thing I noticed was the prices, they were by far the best prices I had seen for Jeeps anywhere in the central new york/ upstate NY area. I called to ask about the vehicle I saw online and fell in love with and spoke with Jared, he was very helpful and very willing to work with me, seeing as I am a graduate college student who is on a tight budget. Also I live 3 hours away, so it made it difficult to drive out and view the car. Jared stayed late for me so i could come out and see the car before making the purchase.
