Wish I could give them zero stars... They are very racist and they don't treat their black customers with the same respect as they treat white ppl.. also each car u get u have to get something fixed n that always occurs when your warranty is up.. worst place to car shop in the entire Rochester and surrounding suburban area...
Made an appointment a week ago to have my vehicle looked at. Was told by the receptionist that the car will be ready this afternoon after I brought the car in around 9 a.m. plus I called prior and they said that I would be receiving a call when it’s done. NO CALL, NOBODY ANSWERED.
This place is great. Affordable cars. They take care of you. Realize you are buying a used car, pay extra for a warranty. They really work with you here.
Had my car for about a year now, NOTHING but issues had to take the car back multiple times to get serviced within the first month. Not worth having a extended warranty ( Selected 30 day warranty for myself) because it seems like they don't care about your concerns and or even getting paid to do the work. Customer service sucks all around the board!! Yes the car is used but I expected it to not have as many issues as the sales main stated. The older guy that answers the phone is so nonchalant, you can ask him about prior services and he never has a straight forward answer just blames it on the mechanic and they don't even have a list of what they did to fix the issues that has been requested. There's a heavy set guy that also is useless. Don't get fooled by the cheap prices and a pretty car. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
Was on the lot last Thursday and put half down cash on a vehicle. Was told the work that it needed would be done at the latest by this tuesday. Called several times to touch base nearing the pick up date starting Friday of last week. I was told i'd get a return call back by louie in ten mins and waited 4.5 hours that day until I finally called them back...louie had left the lot by that point and was unavailable...(go figure)...furthering the ambiguities I tried making contact several times Monday morning. I was simply trying to get an answer and was met with "who are you? And why are you calling?" I go to reply and mike just hangs up on me mid sentence. I then drive the 2.5hours that I am from them on Wednesday after repeatedly trying to get answers all day Monday and tuesday as well. Was put on hold several times for 10+ minutes and after getting little to no response other than "we ordered the parts and it'll probably be another day." this is 5 days now after I showed up on the lot and an entire day past the date they said it would all be done. I then asked for my money back from the transaction and was denied bc "I showed up after 5oclock and the banks were closed so they'd have to write me a check" when they told me I couldn't be seen til after 5 on the phone earlier. Just be straight up with people...and please, please, please stop claiming you guys are the best in Rochester. Bc if that's true and the quality of the treatment I received during my visit is how you guys get down being the best, I truly don't want to ever see what Rochesters worst has to offer!
