I have been going to Solutions Studio and Spa for at least 4 years now. The staff is very professional and I appreciate how they are always willing to go above and beyond. My manicurist is Suzy and she is amazing!!!
Clean, friendly, up to date facility. Prices a little higher than other places, but you get what you pay for. Really good with cuts and color.
Terrible color experience, they even wanted me to go back to the stylist that originally did my hair (Ashley, "master " stylist) or else I would be charged to have it fixed. The bleeding from the foils was so bad, I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. Also cost me $200 for blue ends, gold roots, and polka dotted bleeding highlights. Absolutely unprofessional and inexperienced. I do not recommend this place. Did I mention this was 2 weeks before my wedding? I've never cried so hard.
I had a facial peel with Kate and she was wonderful! She took the time to learn about my skin goals and then came up with a path. I will have 3 peels a month apart. She also helped my pick out what I needed to buy for at home but with no pressure.
Great place! Well worth the wait, with complementary drinks and snacks. The spa is like stepping into another world, and the staff really cares about what you want.
