I called Clover because I was having trouble getting my spa chemicals balanced. The woman on the phone was so nice. She said to bring in all the chemicals I was using along with a water sample and they would check everything and give me some recommendations and let me know how I should be using the chemicals. When I actually went there it was a totally different story. They checked my water with the same kit I had at home. The only feedback I got was my alkalinity was high. The young man told me to let it rain in the tub. I told him this was an ongoing issue maintaining the chlorine levels. He shrugged and told me to drain it. I asked him about my chemicals and he told me to just add chlorine twice a week. I went to the back to buy filters and the line was so long I waited 15 minutes and had to leave. The place was clean and had a great selection. I was just sad the service wasn't better.
Great service at Clover. I bought a hot springs tub. The service was great. Cody was very knowledgable about the chemicals and gave me a great understanding. Looking forward to making more purchases there.
