They will not answer the phone. The message says to leave a message. The web page has broken links. Its a disgrace. Monroe county is not business friendly.
This place is gross; dirty and outdated. You could say archaic. It's bureaucratic red tape at it's finest. The people who work there know how to take their time.
The fact that this place is outdated, is a result of saving taxpayers dollars. Sure an update could have much more positive effects in the community, but Monroe county is run very conservatively, in the sense that every decision is based on short term benefits, never considering long term effects. But I will always love living here
Staff was friendly and got things done expeditiously with little fuss .
