Everyone that works here is so friendly and very helpful. I take my 3 yr old with me everything and she loves it. They have a kid place for her to play. I would really recommend going here.
Nice staff clean and organized
This library is very modern and clean.
The wifi is very reliable, a coffee machine is available, and there is plenty of open seating.
There are group activities (i.e. classes, discussions, movie events) for those young and old.
This library carries paperback books, digital books, audiobooks, magazines, music cds, and the latest TV shows and movies (standard DVD format and Blu Ray).
The new Library is amazing. So modern and the employees are super helpful
I have visited many of the Rochester branch libraries. This location is one of the best, if not the best.
The library itself is nice and big. They also seem to have good things to do throughout the month for all ages. I've never had to deal with a library system with so many little fees here and there. Amazing that u have to pay a fee just to transfer books between the county libraries. Ridiculous! I also hate the fact that you can't reserve books that are on the shelf of where u want to pick them up. Every time I have visited, I usually get the cranky worker. There usually is a nice and helpful worker nearby but still disappointing to have to deal with workers that are so unfriendly.
