My employer allowed me to switch uniform companies from Aramark to Unifirst approximately 5 years ago. It was by far a very wise decision. Unifirst goes above and beyond in their customer service. There is an occasional little hiccup in the quality of the merchandise, however, any issue is always immediately addressed and rectified; quite often surpassing my expectations. I am very happy with the service and the product and would highly recommend them to all.
Curtis from UniFirst is super friendly and personable. These guys give great service and always work hard to make sure their clients are happy. It's difficult to get excited about floor mats and industrial laundry, but somehow, these guys make it seem possible. I would recommend UniFirst without reservation.
