Not impressed. Five new pairs of slacks and four of them now have doubled pleats all the way down the pant leg. First time, last time.
Awesome experience here - needed a dress dry cleaned for an interview the next day. Latoya said no problem, that they could have it done in 24 hours. She even remembered/wished me luck on the interview when I went to pick it up. Great service
Horrible service and management. I took two separate suits there to have dry cleaned that were only worn once. After they “dry cleaned” then I noticed small holes throughout both suits. When asked to speak to management about reimbursement they were none existent and relayed everything through their cashier. Poor management, customer service and not a way to run a business.
I found Discount Cleaners online and was able to get a 20% off coupon from their website. I had a couple pants and shirts cleaned and they came out great! The associate who took my clothes helped me figure out what needed to be dry cleaned and what didn't. I'll definitely be back.
My shirts were cleaned in a timely fashion and friendly staff. No complaints.
