Dropped off 4 articles on Tuesday and was told they would be ready on Friday after 5pm. Came back on Friday around 11:30am and asked if they happened to be ready even though it was before 5. The girl wouldn't even check and was walked away from me in a manner that said "I want nothing to do with you". They close at 6pm on Fridays and I cannot pick up my dry cleaning until Monday because of their inconvenient pick-up time. Never using them again....
This is the worst business I have ever conducted business with in my life. I dropped off a pair of shorts with a 1-1/2 inch light ink strain for the in my 9 out by 5 service. That was SEVEN WEEKS AGO!!! Those shorts are now damaged completely. The stain from the chemicals they used put a HUGE PERMANENT STAIN of 9" diameter. They never offered my money back or to replace the shorts. I WENT THERE 5 Times to pick up the shorts and each time the stain was worse. They kept giving the most unusual excuses. They finally said the"PRO" Was out of town. Well that didn't fix the problem. I left a message at the number they gave me. No return call yet. That was 4 days ago.
Dropped off my clothing to them and was told a price for my dry cleaning, when I went to pick up my dry cleaning they doubled my price and ruined a shirt that they are making me pay for. No thanks for these people.
