Easy to navigate Passport Health website. Opportunity for my wife and I to complete health history and travel information on line prior to appointment helpful in preparing for appointment. Clinical Director Matthew Klapetzky conducted our appointment in a professional, supportive, courteous and respectful manner, responding patiently and thoroughly to our questions.. Matthew is very knowledgeable and provided us with options for vaccinations and medications we should and may wish to consider, allowing us to make our decisions. For future medical travel needs we would request an appointment with Matthew.
Wonderful! The woman who checked me in was very attentive, and friendly. I was able to make my appointment only days in advance, and did not wait long at all when I arrived. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was counseled with all of the necessary information, and they provided me with everything I needed. Fantastic place!
We were advised to go to Passport Health to get all the necessary vaccinations for our upcoming trip to Uganda. We were presented with our very own book that had information specifically for where we were going and the types of diseases and situations we could potentially encounter. Matt helped us navigate through all of this and to understand what was mandatory and why and helped us be prepared for many "what ifs" . He was very positive and engaging. He "taught" us many things. I feel so much better prepared to go on our trip.
Excellent consultative service for travelers. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of ability to submit to insurance at the point of service. Paying out of pocket is a bit expensive for vaccines, however, it should be noted the prescriptions were all quite inexpensive and Passport Health provided alternatives in order for me to optimize my travel budget. The antibiotics prescribed saved my trip, I would not have been able to tackle the Inca Trail without them. Also, the insect repellents were excellent and safer than others on the market. Well done!
