It's like a small town store, which I like. Friendly and very helpful staff. Definitely would go back!
My go-to hardware store. This store is small but dense and has everything that you need. There are usually lots of employees and all offer to help you find what you're looking for. Once I brought back a rake that had broken quickly and it was replaced no questions asked or receipt provided.

Everyone else has already commented on the great customer service, and the surprisingly large selection of merchandise for a store of this size. It's almost like the tardis: larger inside than it is outside. My favorite section is the fasteners room, where the selection of high quality nuts, bolts, screws, washers, etc. is hard to beat. As others have also mentioned, the prices are comparable to the big box stores. Lots of pros shop here.
This is my GO TO hardware store. It is much like the rural hardware store I worked in all through high school in Ohio. They have everything, do everything, and give advice on everything. Great staff. Their paint section is VERY extensive. Mark it on your map and in your GPS.
