I would not recommend going here. Wait times are horrible. Staff isn't very friendly at all. My appointment was at 2pm and they finally call me back at 2:35. Get my weight and blood pressure then I was told that they had to cancel my appointment. I asked why and was told that kids are not allowed in the rooms. After sitting there for 35 minutes and them seeing I had my daughter and was alone they could have said something and didn't until I got in the back. I will never go here again and will never recommend this office to anyone
Dr. Zeidman has treated me for two neck surgeries and a lumbar back surgery. Dr. Zeidman also is treating my husband for a neck surgery. We have always found Dr. Zeidman and his staff to be very professional. We travel over 2 hours to be treated and would recommend Dr. Zeidman and his staff very highly.
It's aweful how this Dr. treat his office staff!!! The office manger has to much power that has gone to his head and treats everyone else like they are crap!! Not good business and it shows to the patience!! I have not been going there that long and have already witnesse this!! I have to have more done but plan on changing Dr.
I have never been disappointed with any treatment or office visit that I have had. Granted you see the PA'S the majority of the time but Dr. Zeidman trains them well and I have always meet with him when it was time to discuss treatments. I have recommended him to several people and have never had any one complain.
Horrible experience. I initially seen Dr. Zeidman for neck pain, he was able to find a herniated disc in my neck and advised me that I'd require surgery. From that point on, I never had a visit with him again. I was passed off to make appointments with his assistant instead from that point on. Needless to say, I am still in neck pain, worse than previous to the neck fusion and was a doctor that recommended surgery, you would think that I would be making appointments with him not his assistant moving forward. I lost insurance for 2 months about 8 months after the surgery which I was in more pain in. The recommendations after the surgery were to see his in office chiropractor, get pain and trigger point injections but via his assistant. More and more money after a failed surgery for a doctor that I was able to visit once during the whole process. Tried to make a follow up with him after I restarted my insurance and was discharged from practice. His staff was always very welcoming but terrible process and experience for me overall.
