Needless to say, don't trust this clinic.

My experience getting my wisdom teeth out was great. The doctors were really nice and they laughed, talked with me and made sure I was ok until I fell asleep. However, the general dentistry was horrible, traumatizing! The doctor was not patient and didn't listen very well. He was scraping and stabbing my gums with a sharp tool ! I wanted to cry the whole time ! I was jumping and squirming and saying ouch but he refused to let go ! He just kept saying " it'll be fine, don't worry about it " needless to say .. I will not be returning!

WiFi,dentist all go to lunch from 12:30-1:30,

The receptionist commented on my facial swelling and said it was "nothing" compared to what she's seen. My nurses and doctor spoke with very thick accents and had trouble understanding what I was telling them. When I went in for an X-Ray, the nurse didn't adjust the spinners and it pushed my shoulders.

I'm at student at the University of Rochester who came to this clinic because I'm from a different state. I was in severe pain and had a lot of swelling on the left side of my face.

Food available for purchase on ground floor

This was the most horrific experience ever. I came in to get two teeth pulled, because I had a bad infection in it, and then they shot me up with so much Novacane that went all the way up to my eyelid. Causing me to have a seizure, and then the EMTs came in to take me to Strong Hospital, but forced a shot on me that was psychotic. EMT Lynn Gerger who works for AMR said I was a schizophrenic, and I was having schizophrenic episodes diagnosing me for herself, "saying I was a well-known schizophrenic." I never met this lady in my life. They attacked me in the dentist office drugged me up with an psychotic drug to sedate me and then kidnapped me, and took me to Strong Hospital to admit me into the mental ward I was held down by 5 - 6 public officers against my will. I told them that I was competent and that I did not consent to do business with Strong Memorial Hospital I had previous bad experiences. I did not want to do any business with them, and they told me I had no choice. I was took it against my own will without my consent, buy drugs and woke up with straps and handcuffs to a stretcher at the mental ward emergency. After the doctors realize that I was competent, and I said they were kidnapping. He told the deputies to let me go take the handcuffs off me. I was free to go, but they wanted to evaluate me. I told him I did not want to be evaluated by them, and that I didn't appreciate being kidnapped against my own will. I still have the teeth in my mouth that has been causing severe pain I went to Rochester General where I found out that I was supposed to get penicillin first to treat the infection before getting my teeth worked on this Hospital needs to be shut down.

When I got to the office, it was very much like any other urgent care facility I've been too. Upon meeting with the staff though, I realized the care is awful.

No sedation available, but they gave my wife a great service and she said it only hurts a 1 out of 10..and she's very happy.we recommend this dentist and the prices are great and they accept all insurances

Dr. Stefano Morfis is an impeccable practitioner. He does transformative work, quickly and conscientiously.

In the end, the doctor told me I was just "teething" as my wisdom teeth came in and not to worry. He sent me home.

This place is great.dentist are very nice.

The next day, I was admitted to Strong with pericoronitis, a type of dental infection, which had spread to the tissues in my face, neck, and shoulders. The oral surgeon in the ER said I was on the verge of being septic. I spent three days in the hospital and had an emergency dental extraction.
