Dr Chen's office makes you comfortable from the minute you walk in. Sandy greets you with a smile and knows you by name. She's there to answer all your questions and concerns to be sure you're comfortable through out your visit. I had a deep scaling done with little to no pain and a couple of cleanings. The hygienists check often to be sure I was okay and let them know if I needed a break. Dr Chen is perfectionist and expects no less from her staff so every visit is always above expectations. This staff truly loves what they do.
The members of the staff are competent, helpful, and friendly. Doctor Chen is warm and informative. She is a perfectionist, infinitely patient and gentle.
Dr. Chen and her whole staff are wonderful!! I first came here for emergency dental work they took me right in and fixed the problem, and then set up mine and my children's dental visits for the future and them and myself had great experiences at our appointments. I unfortunately found out they are out of my insurance network and have to find a new dentist, but if I cannot find one like this office I will come back in a heartbeat!
We were introduced to Dr. Chen when the military Reserves sent us over for our mandatory FEDSHEAL exam. Dr. Chen and her staff are very meticulous and pay close attention to the smallest detail. They use modern equipment and treat their patients with respect and compassion. Despite our poor insurance coverage (where very few dentists accept in Rochester), we continued to go to her because of the service. And their secretary has gone above and beyond in navigating our primary and secondary insurance plans. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen enough.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Chen for many years. She is meticulous and very accessible. The staff are nice people. The hygienists are thorough and pleasant.
