Love this place! They do great nails and Alyssa is great with hair. Always on time with appointments and accommodating with changes.
I was a long time customer, nails, pedicures and hair cuts and never thought of going any where else. I had a very disappointing experience with a hair cut. When I called less then 48 hours later I requested that I wanted to come in to get it fixed I was told by my hairdresser that I would have to pay for another hair cut($35.00) I was shocked, disappointed and even a little hurt. I refused to do that and she said well come in and I will see how much I have to charge you, I had every intention of tipping her to fix it, at this point I was angry and told her to forget it. I went to another salon and paid for a great haircut. After a week I went back to talk to the owner she was not there
I almost laughed in her face
This is my second experience with Dream Spa. My mom and I made an appointment and came the day before my wedding. My mom requested that we sit next to each other but was told no because we didn't request it when we booked the appointment. Sad that they didn't try to accommodate, but understandable if that is their policy. Our second experience was for my mom's wedding. She called, made an appointment, and requested ahead of time that we sit together. When we got there we were told that we couldn't sit next to each other, again, because they had already set up their stations. When we tried to explain that we just wanted to sit near each other so we could talk and enjoy the wedding experience together a very rude woman told us that it wasn't her problem because she didn't book the appointment. It's a simple request that after today just lost them two clients.
I never heard from the owner, I guess long time customer's don't matter. Kathy I will miss you. You were a great nail tech, I will miss the fun you me and Winn would have when I came in, but I will never come back again.
And asked if I was upset with her I said yes I was and she said she felt like I was taking advantage of her.
One of the best places to get a walk in pedicure without a wait. The salon is clean and very relaxing. Many services to choose from and reasonably priced.

Sarah Simonds is my hair stylist. I just love her! My hair always looks fabulous and I feel so special getting it done! I highly recommend this salon and especially Sarah. Reasonable prices too!
