If I could give them no stars I would because they messed up our wedding cake. We had agreed on vanilla and chocolate layers in the cake but only received vanilla. I remember even showing them a similar picture of the cake we wanted. We also agreed on different flavors for the cake layers and only got one standard flavor throughout. Very very disappointed in this very very dry cake.
The cupcakes here have always been great so this is the first place I thought of to order a custom cake for a special occasion. Extremely disappointed, the cake was supposed to be marble but cutting into it revealed it was all vanilla which wouldn't have been a big deal if it tasted good but it's just the point that it was not correct. More importantly the cake was rock hard more the consistency of tough dense bread rather than cake, it was difficult to even get a knife through through the frosting and embarrassingly when people were trying to eat pieces were literally being shot across the floor because the forks couldn't get through it to get a bite sized portion. It was like a dry brick with no flavor, I could not believe it, needless to say nearly the entire thing went in the garbage a huge disappointment and waste of money. Ended up buying a second cake from another store to try and make up for it.
We ordered their basic vanilla cake with vanilla cream frosting and strawberry filling for my son's birthday party. Unfortunately, the cake was dry inside and the frosting was too sweet. However their customer service was prompt and friendly.
Got here in the evening before closing. The staff was gracious and not rushing us at all. They took the time to introduce us to several different flavors of cupcakes on display. They had delicious samples of cookies at the counter. The cupcakes are your average size that you would make it home, but they taste amazing. My daughter had a PB&J cupcake, & I had a wonderful chocolate peanut butter. And I took my husband home a Boston cream. They were all wonderful. The prices are what you would expect her specialty cupcake, but definitely not the highest I've ever seen. Definitely worth scouting out.
