Truly the best bakery in Rochester. They created my dream wedding cake which was just as delicious as it was beautiful. They are affordable, professional and true artists. I would highly recommend Premier Pastry!
All I can say is WOW! First of all the flavors are all amazing. When you first meet with Premier they give you a small box with 6 slices of cake in them to take home and try. It was so hard to choose but somehow we did. Next they made my vision come completely to life! My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and delicious the cake was! Thank you premier!
Premier Pastry does Amazing cakes!! They have been doing our cakes since our daughter was born and continue to astound us with their talent and professionalism. Recently for our grandson, Liam's 5th birthday they did a Star Wars cake. The figures were large and life like. Many of the guests at the party were gifted artists who were blown away by this cake. There is no where comparable in Rochester, hands down this is the caliber of a fine Manhattan bakery. Thank you for serving Rochester for so many years!!

We used this bakery for our wedding and the experience and the cake were wonderful. Our guests commented on the deliciousness of the cake, and the cake design was just beautiful. We found the website helpful since we live out of town, and we made and appointment and received wonderful service. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this bakery to anyone. They can pull off ANY cake!! I wanted a barbie cake (with barbie in the middle and the dress was cake) for my daughters 4th birthday n it taste awesome. Also it looked great just like I imagined it to and she was wowed by it but just some minor things 1 the barbies actually dress was gone instead of wrapping her in plastic to place her in the center and protect her clothes it was just gone(I PAID $15 FOR THE BARBIE AND HAD TO GIVE HER NAKED TO MY DAUGHTER) and 2 I asked for vanilla and chocolate layers, what I meant was vanilla cake then cut the cake a few times to add in between chocolate frosting to make the layers NOT half vanilla cake and half chocolate cake guess I had to be more especifice about the layering (THAT'S THE MAIN REASON FOR A STAR LESS) but other then that highly recommend and will return for future cakes.
