I called at 6:40 a.m for a taxi I was told RIGHT AWAY 10 minutes later I received a call from the taxi company asking for my address again ? He then said the driver will be there shortly 5 minutes later I called back and asked him how did RIGHT AWAY turn into 20 minutes he put me on hold to check with the driver the next sound I heard was a dial tone
I used Rochester Rideshare Services was great for me.Driver was professional, on time and best rates in town.The scheduling ahead option which I used was awesome and having the ability to have a preferred driver is another plus.I think is the best alternative to uber and lyft.
