Family operated business, Chuck was very friendly on the phone and the staff was very helpful despite my party's plans changing multiple times. They even returned my deposit when I had to cancel my reservation due to people dropping out. Will absolutely be calling them the next time I'm booking.
Edit: Just got a call from Kim asking me to explain my rating and the impact a negative review has on their family business. Ok Kim, here is my edit. My ipod was old and couldn't connect to the sound system. I provided three phones to connect to the limo sound system. The driver did NOT know how to do it. The driver DIDNOT give an aux cord (as you stated over the phone.) There were no lights in the limo during the first or second trip. As for you calling my review petty...well, thanks for calling to harass and insult. Please DO NOT call my phone again.

The two stars are for a single employee that was actually helpful and made the process easier for us (Kim) and the limo was clean. 1. Called in to speak to kim but another employee picked up. Sounded annoyed and hung up on me. I called back, I was connected to Kim and asked if this person worked for the company...she did. Why was she so rude? I have no idea. I simply stated who I was looking for and the purpose of my call. Another time I called. A man picked up and was clearly driving when he answered the phone. I said I could not hear him. His response? "Well I can't hear you either!" In the rudest way possible. As it was only 8am I thought maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to hang up and call back. Second time around he was nice and said he was Kim's father. The day of the event: The limo showed up and there were no lights in the limo, no way of connecting our ipod to the sound system, and the driver did not know how the sound system worked. We were taken to our locations safely. We paid about $1300 for 4 hour service. I would NOT recommend them. They had an odd way of making my wedding memorable.
You have to wonder why a company has less than 5 stars. Well just call them and you will find out why theirs is so low. Very rude on the phone. No manners what so ever. Save your money and go with a real company who has the customer service you deserve
The name speaks for itself, Prestige! Professional, Courteous & Prompt Service! Second to none! They are very professional and always on time. The drivers are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I chose them on July 2003 for my wedding and was very pleased so I returned this year with a Bride-to-be so she could experience the same level of service I received on my wedding day.
