An awesome independent pharmacy in Rochester that really serves the community in this area. From their free delivery 5 days a week to their friendly and helpful staff, I always feel respected and treated like family when I come here. Also they have had a remodel and the new store looks fantastic! They have delivered many times and the drivers are very friendly and understanding and always go the extra mile to help you. A friend of mine missed her delivery so the driver came back on his route just to drop of her medicine again just so she wouldn’t go without, that's what I call top class service! Also the people working in the store are always so friendly and helped me with insurance issues that I had when picking up my medication. I have thought of using other pharmacies in the past but after seeing the quality of the service and the many free health benefitting programs they offer I never will leave!! Keep up the great work!!
OMG! I don't know where to start. This is by far the WORST pharmacy in Rochester. The people on the phone hang up on you!!! The lady who picked up CANNOT even speak English well enough for me to understand. I asked for my aunt's prescriptions and they never got them(??) so I called my aunt's doctor and she said the had sent the prescriptions to them three times already(!!) When I called back, the same lady picked up and she told me she found the prescriptions but they hadn't done it yet and that she would call back when they do. Again, TWO days went by and still no call. UNBELIEVABLE. Every time I called, either they would hang up, have me waiting for over an hour or she would come up with some bullshit excuse as to why my aunt's prescriptions weren't ready for pick up. And let me mention that in over that hour of waiting to be served, MULTIPLE employees would pick up the phone just to ask if I was being taken care of. Like what games are they playing here??? Before I could even answer I would be put on hold. In addition, I went in with my aunt to personally pick the medicine she needed. AGAIN, I am pissed already by the treatment I received as a possible client. Once I got there I was stunned when the front end lady said the prescriptions were not ready. LIKE WTF! They toy around with the clients. First they tell you the scripts aren't ready, then they are but when you go pick them up they aren't ready for pick up. I waited over an hour and a half just for those scripts. The only reason I waited so long was because my aunt desperately needed them and couldn't go anywhere else. If I could, I would have gone somewhere else but I couldn't. In that hour and a half, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. My very own eyes witnessed employees doing nothing. I couldn't stand to see employees just standing around doing nothing. The phones rang, the front end employees would pick up and hang up. I was appalled to see this behavior coming from a "PHARMACY THAT SERVES THE COMMUNITY". This pharmacy needs to do some detox. The employees are useless. I will not be coming here again AND my aunt will not be either. I have told everyone I know to stay away and you should too. I am disgusted by the treatment I received from these people. THANK GOD I am not one of their clients. My aunt will be moving to FARIS PHARMACY. They know what they are doing and surely treat their clients with respect.
Medicine always need precaution and right instruction before taken so It's good for Nepali people coz this pharmacy provide excellent interpreter and helper,Tara and Ganga.love this pharmacy.
Love the service! My mother is old and she is on lot of medications, she always forgets to take her meds and have lot of missed doses. She was hospitalized couple times and home health care unfortunately didn't do a good job. One of my coworker recommended me for medication packaging and I searched couple places around and among all, the best pharmacy is Saratoga! They are wonderful, they do counseling on medications, check all the medication list, talk to the doctors and gets everything ready on time and deliver it to our home free. Intially they invited us to have an appointment to discuss the list of medications and the health complications. They not only provide quality service but the care and time they took for us was completely beyond words. I am very thankful to God as my mother's health got better and I found a safe place where everything will be taken care of
This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Phones go down for three days and they do nothing to accommodate. Don't use this pharmacy.
