Staff needs to be trained to understand not all money in circulation is NEW...it's very embarrassing standing there for ten minutes while 3 employees have to look at and converse whether the $20.00 bill your giving them is real! Won't be going thru that again....not the only game in town!
I had a problem with a wine rebate that was never sent to me. They followed up for me and got the problem resolved. They were very helpful and got me my money promptly. I have always gotten good service there and excellent help selecting wines.
