Hart's is a great, downtown alternative to the chain grocery stores in the area. The staff is super friendly and their prepared and made to order food is great. The selection is good for a smaller store. While name brand goods tend to be pricey, the more local, hard to find products are fairly priced. Solid beer, cheese, and vegetarian selection!
It's no wegmans but it's not a bad place . City store that has a rustic feel, go figure. Anyway I thought they were pretty pricey on the beer aisle and some of their meats were definitely browned up from sitting there awhile. I did not buy anything there but I suppose if I needed to, I would.
Small grocery store that focuses on local and organic products. You can always depend on Harts to bring you quality local products and a fair price. I love that it is in the cultural part of the city. Very convenient.
Walked there from the convention center (approximately 10/15 min) to pick up a few snacks. It was a cute market with some wonderful produce and homemade goodies! I️ also had a hazelnut latte that was delicious!
Hart's is a locally run grocery store in downtown Rochester. Although some things are a little pricey, many others are very competitive or lower than Wegmans. They make many varieties of sausage in-house and all I have tried are excellent. They stock Boar's Head in the deli case, and their prepared foods are pretty good. Great alternative for city dwellers!
