Took my 5 year old niece today! Got a pair of shoes and earings,.I gave $40.00 . got to use my reward points saved $10.05 .I got back in cash awesome deal! I love this place ! They have way more than just tools!
Don't try and exchange something for a different size after 30 days... they don't allow it. Not even wanting money back, just a bigger size. Bought my son winter boots and realized they don't fit, 40 days later... no exchange, no NOTHING after 30 days.... so pissed off... Will not be shopping at Sears anymore.... free rewards or not. Disgusted!!
Typical Sears. Knowledgeable staff in hardware, automotive and electronics. The restrooms leave a lot to be desired. Rarely clean.
Excellent automotive experience!!! The guy I dealt with was named Justin and was giving me outstanding service from beginning to end! The mechanic working on my car was extremely helpful and honest! For once in my life I didn't feel like I got ripped off by an auto shop! I will definitely be back for my car needs! Very professional! Thank you Sears!
Sears in Greece town Mall has great sales. I saved alot on my purchases. I intend to go back to complete my Christmas shopping.
