I recently sold some stuff to your Henrietta, NY store. This was my second experience doing this and I will, and many others I know, never go back. I had a large quantity of items and I knew not everything would be purchased. They took some but gave back most of it. When I went to go through my items again, I found pieces missing to sets. I was never informed that even though they want sets together when you bring them in, that they wouldn't be coming back to me in the same way. When I called to ask why this was they said I had to specify that if they weren't going to take the set not to separate them. Things were also just thrown back into boxes with no regard on I brought them in. I was told they work on speed!! What?!?!? How about taking care of people's things?? The person working at the store was horribly rude and disrespectful. I hear from many people I know who won't shop there any more. I will be one of them. You policies are terrible and are not customer friendly. I would rather pay full price and have customer service. I don't know how your company manages to survive when your customer service is so poor. When selling your staff should take 5 seconds to explain fully what their "rules" are when dropping off. They were very rushed and indifferent. I hope realize how many people are put off by your company.
I brought in 5 full boxes of baby clothes. Sizes ranging newborn to 3-6 months. Some new with tags. Everything was clean and folded in the box and organzied by size. They told it's be almost 3 hours till it was gotten to and I said that was fine. I waited for 3 hours and 15 mins and hadn't received a call so I headed over and asked about how much longer and the lady responded with oh you should've been called over an hour ago and told me where to proceed to be cashed out for my items. I waited in line, got called up to a register the lady took my ID and brought me a tote with 2 onsies and offered me $1.20. told me they were unable to take anything due to stains and not being washed. So I declined the $1.20 and got my boxes back just to get home and find that my once folded, organized boxes of baby clothes were now unorganized and unfolded. I'm so upset about this experience that myself and all my mom friends refuse to shop here anymore!
I went in here a couple of weeks ago... there were about 4-5 people behind the counter, no one said hi or welcome... just unhappy snares. I stood at the counter to cash out my 2 items for about 10 minutes looking at each employee, looking at me and still not acknowledging me. This place sucks. I'll stick to webster... so much better customer service.

We have shopped here for years with no issues, but today we were treated with disrespect from the rude staff. Upon trying to purchase a toy for my son, we were told the price on the sticker was not correct, and it was in fact twice the cost that they had labeled it. The woman with pink and purple hair was rude and made no effort to discuss the price of the item as it appeared it had been discounted with a second sticker.
