The waitresses are always very pleasant and greet you with a SMILE! I have never had a bad experience here.
Beat chicken and waffles. Small hole in the wall that will truly surprise you. Wonderful and friendly service. Only waited about ten minutes for our full tables order and it was worth every second. Chicken is surprisingly light on the belly with a beautiful crunch. Perfectly matches the fluffy sweet waffles. Will definitely be making regular returns.
I really like Arnett cafe, it's a small but quaint place. The shrimp and grits are awesome!

Great atmosphere. Great food, black owned. Nice jazz playing while you eat. Couldn't take my eyes off of the caramel nubian Amazon that waited on us. Beautiful.
I had the chicken and french toast. The French toast is regular white bread and not the Texas toast I was expecting. The chicken didn't seem like it was fried long enough but the flavor was good. In the future, I would not order the French toast again and I would ask that the chicken is fried all the way through. The lady next to us had a similar issue with her chicken. Also, the service was SLOW but they had one waiter helping everyone. Despite these things I give it a 4 stars cus the food was good and I'm definitely going to give it another try.
