AMAZING! Eager and kind service! Kids mac is on point! Best sweet potato fries I've ever had! Truffle fries were out of the world! Chicken avocado sandwich was rockin with some buffalo ranch added to it! And the buffalo chicken wrap was legit! THIS is now our go to spot when we visit Rochester! Shout out to our server Andrew who was delightful! Not to mention all the other wonderful staff that supported with food delivery!
I've always liked the Distillery. This afternoon, though I found the waitress seemed to want to just get Beyond The Experience. She was always asking "is there anything else"...sort of like "can I leave now". It wasn't horrible, but made me wonder.

Very disappointed with the service. The wasitress told the hostess she didn't wipe the table after rudely throwing the menus and silverware. The hostess claimed she wiped the table down. The table was wet and it wasn't wiped down. The waitress checked on our table twice the whole meal and drinks were very warm. A different waitress came with our food very rude and gave attitude when asked to refill a drink.
