Tom and staff are super knowledgeable and patient with me and my kids when we come in with all our questions. The tanks are beautiful- a reprieve in the midst of a busy day.
Really cool place!! Warm and friendly staff and owner! I'd recommend this place to anyone that has aquatic life they're trying to take care of or obtain.
Tom is the best and his store is amazing. He's worked very hard get it to where it is today. In the many years that I've known him and done business with him, he's never made me feel like I'm just a "customer" or that my money is more important than my support of him and his store. I can't stress how important that is to me as a consumer. Make sure you pay him a visit and take time to sit in front of his beautiful display tank. PLEASE, support your LFS's because it would be a tragedy if we didn't have them!
This is the most incredible place. Much more than a store, it's a destination. They have the healthiest most beautiful stock and vast experience they share freely to make you confident and successful from the very start- along with the most amazing customer service. They set me up with the tank, through set up, cycling, lighting and stocking. I could never have done this without them. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat.
One of the best coral shops in Rochester. Don't be turned off by hard to find exterior of the place, go in and be amazed by their quality selection of corals and breathtaking show tanks. Pricy but well worth it
